What a marvelous day! Allison was a star. She was brave, excited, poised and happy! She smiled, laughed and was her silly self on stage. And look at all the flowers!!! It was her day and she shined.

I can't believe how much she has grown. This was when ballet started 2 years ago!

and now......

Look whose old enough for CAMP

There were TEARS today. Lots of hot, steamy tears. A bit of uncontrollable crying. Calming down. Then crying again. And, it was not from the blue eyes two year old. It was from his 34 year old mother!
Josh went to camp today. Off he went. In his bathing suit, hat, and water shoes. He played, and played and played. His big sister thought it was the coolest thing EVER having him in school with him.
I got the biggest "MOMMY" at pick-up and then Josh talked for about 15 minutes about camp. "choo-choo tracks, water, went fishing, plants, Adam, be with Ali, hold Tina......" It was so sweet.
And then I cried again. My little boy is growing up...and I am not ready for it.

Red Sox Nation

Today Josh went to his first Red Sox game. It was a blast. He took a great pre-game nap in the Ergo (which I secretly loved because he was so cuddly and close to me). And when he woke up, he oozed red sox nation. He sat so still in my lap and then in Steve's. He followed the game...he really did. His eyes would dart back and forth and when Steve asked him where the batter, bases, etc. he knew and pointed. He even yelled Go RED Sox and joined in on the chant!!!!

When Josh was born, BI gave us a free tour of Fenway.....when we take that tour Josh will love every minute of it!

Even little girls. . .

NEED TO SLEEP!!!!! Allison and her grandmother spent a fun day together...on the way to work, she took a cat nap (while holding her new cat, Bobo)

Josh was made for summer. The way his blond hair falls just above his eyes. The way his toes sink into the sand and run through the grass. The way his arms wave and play around with all sorts of toys. He is so happy. He could be outside from dawn to dusk. . .and these days he is!
