Chef Allison

This is a pictureless entry and if I was on the ball, I would have taken a picture, but, alas, I am off the ball!
Tonight, Allison made her own pizza. She did it from beginning to end. She rolled the dough. . . spread it out on the pizza stone. . .floured the stone. . .poured and spread the pizza sauce. . .sprinkled cheese. . .put it in the over. . .checked it 2 times. . . announced it needed 3 more minutes (because she is 3) and then out it came. And it was beautiful and scrumptious. Both Allison and Josh scoffed it down, and so did their daddy! My little girl is growing up....I now need to add baking and cooking to the list of all she can do!
